Meet Ted Daniels!

As Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for LEO A DALY, Ted Daniels was the corporate leader for strategic planning, business development, marketing and brand management. Daniels had total responsibility for successful implementation of these four areas for all 22 offices worldwide. He also served on the Executive Management Team to ensure growth and profitability.

As a Vice President for HNTB, Daniels led a 20-person corporate marketing staff with an annual budget of $3.2 million. Responsibilities included business development and market sector strategy to meet the aggressive growth goals of the firm. Specific areas of responsibility included strategic planning, political strategy, media and public relations, business intelligence, collateral development, and brand management.

As a Partner and Department Head for Black & Veatch, Ted Daniels was responsible for a 40-person Marketing Department. Responsibilities included advertising, collateral development, market strategy and analysis, client relations and other marketing and communications activities needed to promote Black & Veatch. In addition, he was responsible for a 300-person Technical Services Department.
